After being told by a naturopath, that I have stomach candida, I began learning about how different foods react in your body. I have spent YEARS giving friends free advice, usually unsolicited, on this topic but all in the name of love! I've taught myself what foods I can & cannot tolerate & have realized that one person's food is another's poison. This has been reinforced in my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I've learned that there is no one diet for all people. Just as we all look slightly different, we all have a different constitution. I'm writing this blog to show people that one green drink won't kill them...no, no...I meant to say that this will hopefully help readers find a way of incorporating whole foods into their diet. Also, one day, I'd like to have a recipe book published. N x
