This is what I was told yesterday...typing on a BlackBerry/iPhone/other mobile device in public the same as picking your nose.
"Public" being in front of ANYONE.

- After being told by a naturopath, that I have stomach candida, I began learning about how different foods react in your body. I have spent YEARS giving friends free advice, usually unsolicited, on this topic but all in the name of love! I've taught myself what foods I can & cannot tolerate & have realized that one person's food is another's poison. This has been reinforced in my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I've learned that there is no one diet for all people.
